Meh... Cos someone was necro posting in the morning, I thought that we need a warning bar 
So I added it, and I think the warnings should go like this:
1-3 warnings - nothing happens
4-5 warnings - Day ban
6-7 warnings - week ban
8-9 warnings - month ban
10 warnings - permanent IP ban
If any admin wants different warning situation just suggest here
